We're looking to recruit an Office and Reception Administrator here at Gordon Murray Motor Engineers. This is a varied role that involves:
Taking customer bookings.
Advising customers on services and MOTs.
Liaising with the workshop regarding customer queries.
Ordering parts.
Completing digital service records.
Managing social media platforms.
Helping to implement a new garage management system.
Design of adverts and posters.
Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts.
Help to negotiate utilities contracts.
General administrative duties.
Coordinating health and safety records. Previous experience in coordinating health and safety records would be advantageous but not essential.
This position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis.
