We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Bristol.Your Role
As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for the following;
Filing at regular intervals
To support the fee earners with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by team supervisor
Provide telephone support and deal with client queries in fee earners absence
Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
File closing
Your Skills and Experience
To complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe and to the required level of accuracy
Effective record keeping
Effective telephone communication skills
Good attention to detail
Be client focussed
