Job Overview:
Swanson's Food Wholesaler's are an employee owned company based in Inverness and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time office assistant to work within our back shift team.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer orders via telephone, email and online ordering system;
- Inputting customers orders, creating invoices and picking lists on Sage;
- Working with the back shift team to ensure all customer needs are met and delivered;
- Ensure communication of any issues to the back shift manager and dayshift office assistants.
Skills:
- Proficient with computerised systems and software, including Sage (experience preferred, however training will be given);
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively;
- A can do attitude with the ability to solve issues as they arise;
- Attention to detail with a methodical and analytical way of working.
Please note this is a part time position and the hours are;
Sunday 2pm- 10pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-10pm (please note that finish times may vary depending on the needs of the business)
Salary for this position will be set depending on experience.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-12.80 per hour
