We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Google Suite
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date
Support the team with administrative tasks as required, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Utilise Sage for basic financial record keeping and invoicing
Collaborate with colleagues to improve office efficiency and workflow
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred
Proficient in using computer systems, particularly Google Suite and Sage
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities
