We are seeking an exceptional

Office Coordinator

to join our Housekeeping team here at Claridge's.

As an

Office Coordinator

you will be responsible for:



The Office Co-ordinator role is primarily to manage and organise the daily operations of our very busy Housekeeping Office. You will be responsible for all administrative duties and handle all communication in and out of the Housekeeping Office. You will play a critical role in the smooth operation of the department, acting as primary liaison between Housekeeping and other departments within the hotel, in addition to coordinating internal communications.


You will be in charge of answering telephone calls and deal with all requests accordingly, co-ordinating with other departments to solve any operational matters. You will order housekeeping supplies, keep attendance records and prepare payroll reports as well as update and maintain all Housekeeping files and records. You will be responsible for handling Lost Found items, arranging baby sitters and spot-check rooms. You will also assist to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the Housekeeping Department, guaranteeing that the service level is maintained to the highest possible standard.
