We're looking for a Technical Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic YellowJacket team at BRE. In this flexible, part-time role, you'll support a powerful digital platform that helps keep construction sites safe. Your role at BRE
As a key member of the YellowJacket team, you'll support day-to-day customer engagement and product development activities. Working closely with the SmartSite Operations Lead and other colleagues, you will:Respond to customer and technical enquiries, delivering high-quality support in line with SLAs
Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
Assist with account management, licence renewals, and user feedback collection
Share customer insights with the Product Manager to inform product improvements
Support User Acceptance Testing for new features and updates

Your profile
Essential:Experience in a customer service environment, with the ability to understand customer needs and consistently deliver outstanding service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital tools
A quick learner with an aptitude for picking up new software
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks at once

Desirable:Knowledge or experience of health and safety in a practical setting
Experience working with online services or digital platforms

Flexible working options
This position will be a hybrid role, including remote (home) and in office work (based at our BRE Science Park in Watford). You will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week for initial training period, which will then reduce to 2-3 days per month.
