Job Description

Imprint Digital is one of the UK's leading short-run book printers.
We produce thousands of books a day for a wide range of clients, including self-publishers, independent authors, publishing houses, and print brokers.

We're a busy, fast-growing company known for our high standards, reliable turnaround times, and in-house production capabilities. As part of our ongoing growth, we're looking for someone who can provide hands-on support in the office while also contributing directly to our digital marketing strategy.

The Role

This is a mixed and varied position. You'll spend part of your time helping with customer service, quotes, and order processing, and the rest focused on digital marketing projects. It's ideal for someone who has either print industry experience and wants to learn more about digital, or a marketing background with a willingness to get involved in operations.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Service & Office Support

Responding to customer emails and phone calls Creating and sending quotes (training provided) Processing orders and liaising with production General office admin and task management

Digital Marketing

Assisting with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social campaigns Working on landing pages and UX improvements to boost conversion Supporting SEO efforts through content input and optimisation Helping manage email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation Using tools like GA4 and Search Console to report on performance and suggest improvements

Additional Opportunities

Attending trade shows and industry events with the team Involvement in content creation and case studies

Requirements

Prior experience in a print, marketing, or agency environment preferred Comfortable handling emails, quotes, and basic admin tasks Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms is a plus Keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks A self-starter with a "get it done" mentality and willingness to learn
