We're gee - a premium hair extension brand redefining luxury in our industry. We're seeking an experienced Office & E?commerce Manager to lead our small team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help us deliver a seamless, luxury experience for every customer.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with the CEO to support our growing team and continuously improve how we work.

What You'll Do

Lead and support the office team, ensuring everyone works to company standards and SOPs. Keep policies, SOPs, and workflows up to date as the business evolves. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team performance. Personally handle and oversee customer service interactions with care and professionalism. Develop and maintain customer service guidelines and templates, working with our in-house copywriter to keep our tone of voice consistent. Stay informed on e?commerce systems and recommend ways to make processes even more efficient. Solve problems quickly and help the team navigate challenges smoothly. Be flexible to adjust working hours occasionally during critical periods to support the team.

About You

At least 3 years' experience in an e?commerce management role. Background in hair or beauty is highly desirable. Strong customer service background with an eye for maintaining premium standards. Confident in updating SOPs and implementing tools/templates to improve workflows. Organised, solutions-focused, and highly attentive to detail. A supportive leader who can hold a team to high standards while fostering a positive culture. Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new platforms.
