Job Description

Responsibilities:



As a Finance and Admin Assistant, your contributions will be essential to keeping our office running efficiently:

Client Interaction & Front Desk Support:

Assist with welcoming visitors and supporting general front desk duties as part of the wider admin team. Confidently handle incoming calls, ensuring clients receive a professional and helpful first point of contact.

General Administration:

Oversee daily office operations, maintaining a well-organised and productive environment.

Invoicing and Credit Control:

Manage invoicing processes and provide support with credit control as required.

Bookkeeping Assistance:

Maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team with reconciliations and reporting.

Internal Systems Management:

Help improve office systems and workflows to maximise efficiency.

What We're Looking For:



We're seeking a mature candidate who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a wealth of experience:

Experience with

SME Professional

(essential). Preferred experience with

PAYPROP

. At least 2 years in a similar role within a

Lettings and Estate Agency

environment. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy. Confident with IT systems and adaptable to new software. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

What We Offer:



Part-time, permanent position:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.

Competitive pay:

13.50 - 14.50 per hour. (Full-time may be considered depending on experience.)*

Education:

A-Level or equivalent. Strong foundation in both administration and bookkeeping duties.
