As our Office & HR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our organisation--helping to create the smooth, supportive environment that makes all our work for animals possible. From keeping our office running brilliantly to assisting the People & Culture team with essential daily tasks, your role ensures our staff feel valued and equipped and helps to power our charity's mission to make the world a better place for animals.
What You'll Do:
Liaise with the charity's suppliers
Raise purchase orders and process invoices and expenses
Conduct regular office safety checks
Assist in recruitment administration, logging applications and arranging interviews
Collate content for a monthly newsletter
Schedule regular HR, safety and office renewals
Schedule recruitment adverts and interviews
Book venues and catering for events
Schedule, prepare papers and minute regular meetings
Who You Are:
An organised and proactive professional with previous experience within an admin role
A proficient multi-tasker who is able to prioritise effectively
An effective communicator, both written and verbal, to foster understanding and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
An experienced user of the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
