The Role
As an Office Junior, you'll play an important role in ensuring our projects and office operations run smoothly. You'll assist with day-to-day administrative activities, prepare reports, support new hire onboarding, and help with equipment orders for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily office and project administration tasks
Prepare and collate project reports for senior stakeholders
Ensure new starters have IT equipment and resources ready
Support timesheet completion and project documentation
Process orders and purchases for tools and equipment
Provide general administrative support across the office
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative role (desirable but not essential)
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
