We are seeking a motivated Junior Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop organisational and administrative skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. Prior office experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Assist with data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel
Assist with customer orders social media messages
Checking cashing up schedules for accuracy
Maintain accurate records and organise files both digitally and physically
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
Support team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Skills
Previous office experience or administrative background is preferred but not mandatory
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good telephone manner and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organisational ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
