Protek Secure Fire is a well-established fire safety company providing installation, servicing, maintenance of fire protection systems and BM TRADA fire doors. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office Junior to support our busy office team.
The Role
This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to start their career in an office environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries
General administrative duties (filing, data entry, scanning)
Assisting with job scheduling and paperwork
Managing emails and correspondence
Liaising with engineers and clients
Maintaining accurate records and databases
About You
Well-organised with good attention to detail
Confident using basic IT systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Willing to learn and take initiative
Reliable, punctual, and professional
