About the Role:
As our Office Junior, you will support the day-to-day running of our Head Office on Regent Street.
Undertaking a range of administrative tasks, once trained, you will work throughout the office to ensure smooth daily operations.
You'll be involved in everything from responding to calls and emails and providing a welcoming reception service to visitors, to helping prepare documents and managing filing systems.
Making sure our offices are fully supplied with consumables, you'll have the chance to learn the construction industry from the ground up, taking a practical approach to all activities and gaining valuable experience at every turn.
- Supporting the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors
- Assisting with document preparation and filing
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring smooth operations
- Learning the ropes of the construction industry from the ground up
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Basic IT knowledge, ideally using Microsoft Office suite
- A team player who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Previous office experience is helpful but not essential
