As a reputable firm, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and efficient legal support. We are now looking for an organised and reliable Office Junior/Assistant Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner, managing front desk duties as needed.
Post Handling:
Sort scan and distribute incoming post, ensuring it reaches the relevant departments promptly.
Archiving:
Assist with the filing and archiving of legal documents and client files, ensuring all records are kept in an orderly and accessible manner.
Lodging Deeds and Legal Documents:
Safely store deeds, wills, and other important legal documents into our secure storage system.
General Administrative Support:
Provide ad-hoc assistance to senior staff, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
A keen interest in law and office administration.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent software.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous office or receptionist experience is desirable but not essential.
