We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our medical clinic, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and clerical tasks
Manage phone communications with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette
Assist with scheduling, medical plans, and coordination of appointments
Support the setup and organisation of blood test packages and ADHD support services
Manage and update social media posts and assist with marketing materials
Order and maintain clinic stock, supplies, and medical equipment
Utilise Microsoft Office for document creation and management
Support the team with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties as required
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
Contribute to the smooth running of clinic operations and patient flow
Experience
Previous office experience is highly desirable
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in data entry and clerical functions is beneficial
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong typing and communication skills with attention to detail
Administrative experience will be considered a plus
