We are seeking to recruit a full time office Receptionist and this role will be based onsite.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
Acting as first impression to meet and greet all visitors
Opening new files and closing old files
Call handling, both incoming and outgoing. Making appointments, taking details of referrals and following up queries
General Reception duties including processing of incoming and outgoing mail and booking of meetings
Typing Letters and other documentation required
Photocopying, emailing and scanning of documentation as required
Undertake filing, maintaining an effecient and up to date record keeping system
Adhering to internal GDPR
Daily hand deliveries and taking post to the local post office
Participate in learning and completion of mandatory training
Perform other administrative support duties as required
Desired Criteria
Proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Confident dealing with incoming and outgoing phone calls
Strong communication skills
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Full training will be provided for the role.
The role is Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 22,500.00-23,500.00 per year

Belfast BT1 4QN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
