What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

As the Office Manager for our Accountancy Practice, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, making a real impact. Your role will involve:

Being Our Welcoming Face:

Serving as the friendly first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring everyone receives a warm and professional welcome.

Smooth Daily Operations:

Performing essential administrative tasks to support our directors and wider team, including scheduling, managing correspondence, and coordinating daily office activities.

Client Onboarding Support:

Providing hands-on administrative support for new client onboarding, meticulously setting up files, assisting with engagement letters, and managing new client checklists.

Data Management:

Accurately inputting and updating client information in our client relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring data is always perfect for smooth communication.

Office Efficiency:

Helping to keep our office running seamlessly, from managing post and couriers to ensuring common areas are tidy and well-stocked.

Marketing Assistance:

Supporting basic administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, such as preparing content for newsletters or assisting with website updates.

General Practice Support:

Proactively assisting with various ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects to support the overall efficiency of the practice.
What We're Looking For (Required Experience & Skills):

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to our success. You'll need:

Proven experience in a client-facing administrative or office support role. Excellent organisational skills, with a strong ability to manage daily tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with a professional, proactive, and friendly demeanour for client and team interactions. High proficiency in Google or Microsoft 'Office' software, with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new software and systems. The ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and contribute positively within a structured team environment. A keen interest in developing further administrative and operational support skills.
