Responsibilites will include
? Collaborating with team on regular basis
? Running payroll once a month
?Managing install team expense account / requirements
? Answering and handling incoming call and email enquiries
? Arranging site visits and surveys for new enquiries subject to qualification
? Progressing orders
? Create and send invoices to customers / chase payments
? Creating and maintaining company records and filing systems securely and efficiently
? Systematising routine office tasks and documenting procedures for these tasks,
? Providing PA support to MD
? Managing supplier invoices payments
? Obtaining prices from suppliers and assistance with placing orders
? Logistics and organizing installation/delivery
? Creating H&S files for every project
? Any other office admin duties that may be required from time to time
To qualify for the role, you must have the following Personal Attributes & Qualifications
? Minimum 2 years of office admin or PA experience
? Motivated and focused.
? Good organisation skills with the ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly
? Fluent in English with Excellent oral and written communication skills.
? Attention to details
? Sound computer literacy skill and proficient with Microsoft Office.
? Proficient in accounting software, ideally Xero
? Friendly, polite & professional when dealing with customers and colleagues
? Timekeeping and attendance
? Positive, can do attitude
? Able to work independently
? Adhering to company standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 27,000.00-33,000.00 per year
