Duties & Responsibilities

Payroll Management:

Calculate payroll through BrightHR for monthly wage processing.

Recruitment & On-boarding:

Manage the hiring process and integrate new staff.

Financial Management:

Handle purchase ledger, residents' billing, and finances.

Health & Safety:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Petty Cash:

Reconcile petty cash transactions.

HR Support:

Assist with HR tasks and support existing administration staff.
Requirements

Experience:

Managerial experience; HR experience is beneficial.

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize work

Other:

Good levels of numeracy; confident in dealing with people face-to-face, on the phone, and in writing.
Important Information

Background Check:

Successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
