Part time role - 24 hours per week

Summary



We are seeking someone who is experienced and highly competent for our Office Manager position.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships including both in person and over the phone/email interaction. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and exceptional standards of accuracy. Excellent IT/Excel/Outlook skills and confidence with using IT packages. Significant administrative experience .

Key Responsibilities



The management and administration of all office equipment and supplies and the monitoring of service and supplier contracts and negotiation of contract renewals for our offices in both London and Moulsoe. Reviewing invoices, correcting discrepancies and forwarding for processing with relevant authorisations obtained. Support the administrative team within Adoptionplus Providing diary support to the CEO Support TAYC-R and STEP administration (innovative digital relational health measure) HR related administrative tasks including administration of Enhanced DBS checks/renewals. Updating and uploading documents. Tracking expiry/renewal dates including professional registrations and public and professional liability insurance. Health & Safety - maintaining a safe working environment to include review and distribution of policy and procedures, involvement in the production of risk assessments, the appropriate provision of First Aiders and Fire Wardens and accident recording.
