We are seeking to appoint a professional, efficient Office Manager to join our committed team of support staff and manage our administration team. This is a key role which is pivotal to the smooth running of our school's administrative support service.
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administration processes in school, including managing and training the administration team; all general administration and organisational processes within the school office; and assisting with the planning and development of support services. You will ensure we provide an efficient, welcoming, professional administration support service for students, parents, staff and all other stakeholders.
The role is varied, in addition to managing the administration processes, key responsibilities also include acting as medication coordinator, managing first aid and medication processes. You will also support governance processes in school, admissions and transition processes. You will closely with the Academy Business Manager and provide support as required.
