NML Admin Services are inviting applicants to the Office Manager role that has arisen due to expansion.
You will be working in a friendly and supportive team based at the firm's offices in Hamilton Square, Birkenhead.
The company provides admin services to a leading national solicitors practice
You will be responsible for the management of a busy office being involved in:
Compliance with office procedures
Maintaining office diary
Assisting with office administration such as file opening and booking suppliers
Negotiate fees with suppliers
Continuously develop and advance our office and administrative systems
Deal directly with clients
Answer and direct phone calls
Support colleagues in their respective roles
Other duties commensurate with the role of practice manager
What are we looking for you to have?
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Office Manager position
Experienced in using the Microsoft Office Suite
A willingness to learn and to continuously develop
Exceptional team player
An eagerness to help, troubleshoot and problem-solve
An exceptional telephone manner
An organised mindset and the ability to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously, and at times under pressure
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
