Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in administrative tasks, human resources, and team management. This role is essential for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing a positive environment for all staff members.

Responsibilities



Supervise daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and clerical duties. Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial transactions and reporting. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Communicate effectively with team members to foster collaboration and resolve issues. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as necessary. Provide support in team management by mentoring staff and facilitating professional development opportunities. Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained when handling calls from clients or stakeholders.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office management or similar role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Experience in human resources practices is advantageous. Ability to supervise a team while fostering a positive work environment. Proficient in clerical duties with attention to detail. Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for effective client interaction.
