1. Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functionality onsite
2. Coordinate internal day to day office tasks, scheduling, and document management
3. Actively liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to support project delivery
4. Support effective recruitment/craftmanship, and staff development processes
5. Maintain compliance with data protection and health & safety regulations of construction and development
6. Monitor and improve on time workflows for operational efficiency
7. Prepare reports, performance updates, and project completion documentation
8. Promote a positive workplace culture with staff wellbeing initiatives
9. Assist senior management with planning and operational support for the business development
10. Ensure accurate record-keeping across departments
