Utilise strategic route planning tools to improve efficiency and reduce delivery times and costs.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all courier activities comply with regulatory requirements, particularly around the handling of medical samples and equipment.
Performance Monitoring:
