We're looking for an experienced Office Managerto join Lux Electrical Solutions - The electrical concierge. We are a fast growing electrical contracting company delivering high quality projects across London and the South East.
This is a hands on position for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be responsible for the day to day operations of our office, supporting engineers, clients, and the wider team to ensure every detail is handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, job tracking, and communication between field engineers and clients
Maintain company documentation, including health & safety records and project files
Support invoicing, expenses, and supplier coordination
Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining training records
Reorganise and maintain company databases
Improve and write internal processes to increase efficiency
Proactively identify better ways to do things and keep the business running smoothly
Ensure the office is organised, compliant, and aligned with company goals
Led & set up the running of the office

Requirements
Proven experience in office management in the construction industry.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative work environment
