The role requires the successful applicant to be self-motivated, logical and professional. You'll be working within a small but fast moving team so communication and the ability to work within that team is vital. The ideal candidate will have previous office management and administrative experience along with basic marketing knowledge.
The primary roles will include but are not limited to the following -
General office administration
A degree of financial aptitude - preparing estimates, reconciliation, raising invoices and product pricing management
Basic human resource management
Managing and maintaining the office to a high standard
Personally assist the Managing Director when and if necessary
Responsible for communicating and organising operations, logistics and assisting the technicians with deliveries.
Social media and event management
Competent client communication, well mannered and efficient
Working hours will be 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
