Office Manager
to join our team and help drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence
Liaise with clients and suppliers
Provide estimates for client enquiries
Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Coordinate internal communications and team meetings
Support HR functions (onboarding, holiday tracking, staff records)
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide general support to the management team
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in office administration or management
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Familiarity with accounting or CRM software (desirable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Welsh language skills (spoken and written) are desirable
