Office Manager / Marketing Manager
to join our team at our Norton office and help drive both our day-to-day operations and strategic marketing efforts.
The Role
This hybrid role is ideal for someone organised and self-motivated, who enjoys variety in their day. You'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly while also supporting the business's marketing and branding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Managing daily office operations and administration
Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries
Supporting the wider team with scheduling, document management, and coordination
Ordering supplies and managing office resources
Liaising with suppliers and service providers
Marketing:
Creating and scheduling engaging social media content
Assisting in developing marketing campaigns and strategies
Updating and managing website content
Designing email newsletters and marketing materials
Supporting with events, client communications, and brand promotion
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident communicator with a professional attitude
Basic knowledge of marketing principles (experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or social scheduling tools is a bonus)
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
Previous experience in a similar office or marketing role is preferred
