Nursery: Hermitage Nursery School, Whitwick, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE67 5EL

Hours: Part Time, Monday and Friday Only

Salary: Up to

13.00 an hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About you

Are you an organised, tech-savvy professional with a passion for making a difference in children's lives? As an ambitious and enthusiastic

Office Manager,

you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery, combining front-of-house responsibilities with essential office duties.

What you'll be doing

Working collaboratively with the Nursery Manager to assist the successful running of the nursery Working as part of a passionate team to further develop existing organization and IT skills Interacting with parents on a daily basis including delivering a superb experience for both current and prospective families Supporting the enquiry management process including nursery tours Responsible for the domestic staff team and ensuring compliance around COSHH and Environmental Health Inspections Managing staff ratios effectively

What you'll need

Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems Strong organisational skills Experience of working in a similar administrative role, preferably in an early years or school setting Understanding of the importance of safeguarding Excellent communication skills
