Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Drafting and responding to emails professionally and efficiently
Managing and organising workflows, site visits, appointments, and meetings
Raising invoices and quotations using
Xero
Handling bookkeeping tasks using
Xero
and
Dext
, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date
Assisting with document creation and reporting using
Microsoft Word
and
Excel
Performing data entry with high levels of accuracy
Coordinating travel arrangements for team members, both nationally and internationally
Organising, filing, and scanning documents to maintain accurate records
Supporting general administrative processes to ensure smooth office operations
Assisting the
Directors
and
Workshop Manager
with day-to-day tasks to support business efficiency
The Ideal Candidate:
Has a keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills
Is proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Brings previous experience in a similar administrative or office management role
Experience with
Xero
is preferred but not essential
Possesses excellent phone etiquette and professional written communication skills
Can work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
20 days annual leave per year, plus bank holidays
