Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office running and new people feeling welcome. From IT setup to stocking the snack shelf, you'll be hands-on with everything that makes our day-to-day work life better. Whether you're supporting a new joiner on day one or liaising with a supplier about that broken fridge, you'll be the calm, capable presence that helps everything stay on track.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating onboarding: welcome emails, desk setup, laptop prep, and day-one support
Scheduling interviews and sending out friendly, timely comms (training provided)
Supporting offboarding: equipment collection, checklists, and making sure nothing's missed
Setting up laptops and accounts for new starters--hardware, logins, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.
Managing office supplies, snacks, stationery, and deliveries
Organising
quarterly
All Hands meetings (catering, setup, logistics)
Acting as the main contact for office suppliers and the landlord
Ordering catering for team lunches or events
Helping out with occasional admin or internal team projects
Spotting what needs doing and jumping in before anyone asks

What We're Looking For
Confident with tech - you'll be setting up laptops, user accounts
Super organised and detail-focused
Friendly, approachable, and happy to help wherever needed
Experience in office coordination or team support is a bonus
Recruitment admin experience is nice to have, but not essential--we'll train you
