We're looking for a dedicated and proactive part-time Office Manager to support and manage our small office in Edinburgh city centre.
You will manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations for a small company of currently 14 employees as well as handle and maintain organised digital and physical filing systems. We are in the office three days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) and provide snacks and drinks for the team that will need to be purchased and distributed.
You will liaise with building management regarding facility-related issues and be available when maintenance access is needed to the office. As part of your tasks, you will ensure the office space remains well organised and professionally maintained, creating a welcoming and appealing environment.
We would like you to manage small office budgets and track administrative expenses and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise.
We're looking for someone with previous office management experience who is approachable and works well with others, creating a positive and collaborative work environment. We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and great interpersonal abilities. You should be able to demonstrate the capacity to manage simultaneous tasks while maintaining a friendly and supportive demeanour.
This is a part time position for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 12 hours per week.
This position is open again as the person who we hired earlier this year needed to move on due to personal circumstances.

Interview Process
We start with a 45 minute introduction call to learn more about your experience, interests and topics that get you excited and share details about our company and office.
For the next part, we'd like you to come to our office as it is a chance for you to see our fantastic space, learn more about the company and meet the team! This part will be 60 minutes long.
