Job Summary:
The Office Manager ensures the smooth and efficient running of the office by managing administrative functions, coordinating internal processes, and supporting staff.
To ensure all members of staff using the Stonehouse office are complying with company rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency across departments.
Liaise with Head office on the purchasing of supplies and equipment.
Maintain and improve office policies, including dress code and timekeeping
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Manage facilities, including office maintenance, safety compliance, and workspace allocation.
Provide first line HR for all Office users.
Coordinate meetings, book and set up meeting rooms
Ensure effective communication between departments and senior management.
Monitor and implement health and safety policies within the office.
Office Management:
Monitoring and reporting of timekeeping of all Stonehouse users
Be point of contact for any HR matters at the Stonehouse office
Liaise with Design Office manager on desk availability at Stonehouse on a weekly basis
