Permanent

About the Role



As Office Manager, you will lead and oversee the smooth and efficient running of all school administration, ensuring high standards of professionalism, compliance, and service. From managing systems, staff, and processes, to supporting leadership with key priorities, you'll play a central role in making sure our school runs effectively every single day.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and line managing our admin team Overseeing office systems, pupil attendance, and parent communications Supporting HR processes, recruitment and compliance (including the Single Central Record) Managing the school website and contributing to marketing activities Ensuring effective communication across staff, families, and external partners Supporting the Headteacher and SLT with administrative priorities
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same -- one moment you'll be analysing attendance data, the next you'll be ensuring parents receive timely communication about school events.

Who you Are

We're seeking someone who is:

Already an experienced Office Manager (ideally in a school setting) Skilled at leading people and driving improvements Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload A confident communicator with excellent written and IT skills Committed to safeguarding, compliance, and high standards of practice
