Reports To: General Manager



Contract: Full-Time, Permanent



Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30



Based: Glasgow



Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

WHO YOU ARE



The Office Manager holds a crucial position in facilitating the seamless operation of our business. Reporting to the General Manager and providing support to the Select Management Team, this role encompasses diverse administrative tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our office. Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail are essential attributes for success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Build good relationships with clients with the use of effective communication and excellent customer service Gain and develop good general knowledge of client companies and their contract requirements. Respond effectively and efficiently to all client/staff queries Adhere to and to comply to ISO 9001 standard Always maintain confidentiality of the Company and adhere to the principals of the Data Protection Act 2018 Help devise, develop, and implement & maintain good administrative practices by: Updating and maintaining Zoho CRM files and Quotation System Keep the office running efficiently Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions, requests, and general support Help create and maintain an office environment that is safe, organised, and enjoyable Support all day?to?day office operations Track, order, and maintain office and employee supplies Ensure compliance with all office safety standards and procedures Work with IT to support office equipment and hardware needs Administer various internal office programs and initiatives Coordinate office events, celebrations, and social activities Support adherence to health & safety regulations across group

REQUIREMENTS



4-year minimum experience working within a similar administrative role. Experience working in an office environment. Being self-motivated and organised. Working to deadlines. A logical approach to problem solving. Analytical skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM (desirable).
