Key Responsibilities
Office Leadership & Productivity
Oversee the daily performance and productivity of the office-based sales administration team.
Ensure office tasks are prioritised and completed efficiently, enforcing company processes and standards.
Monitor workloads and redistribute tasks when needed to keep operations smooth.
Act as a role model in professionalism, setting a positive example for the wider office team.
Sales Support & Oversight
Review and verify

, ensuring they meet company guidelines.
Assess the
viability of projects
before they move into production, escalating concerns where necessary.
Check accuracy of quotes and sales documents, ensuring the right information is captured for the operations team.
Support the sales team in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and customer service standards.
Operations Coordination
Work closely with the operations team to ensure information from sales is clear, accurate, and actionable.
Chase up missing details or incomplete documentation from the sales team before jobs are passed to operations.
Act as a liaison between project managers, operations staff, and the office sales team to ensure smooth handovers and minimise errors.
Administration & Reporting
Generate and review reports on office productivity, task completion, and process compliance.
Highlight issues or bottlenecks to senior leadership with proposed solutions.
Monitor KPIs for both office productivity and sales support, ensuring accountability across the team.
Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies or repeated errors in office and sales processes and implement improvements.
Ensure that all staff are cross-trained on core office functions to build resilience against holiday and absence.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism across the office.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in office management, sales administration, or a similar leadership role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to enforce rules and standards diplomatically but firmly.
Understanding of sales processes, pricing, and project viability in a construction/manufacturing environment (preferred).
Strong communicator, able to liaise between sales, operations, and management effectively.
Comfortable generating reports, monitoring productivity, and holding others accountable.
Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to step in and support when required.
