Job Summary


We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of office management procedures. This role involves supervising staff, managing human resources functions, and ensuring the smooth running of all office activities. The Office Manager will be instrumental in maintaining an efficient work environment and supporting organisational goals through effective administration and team management.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee reception duties, including client greetings and phone/email enquiries. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Prepare weekly or monthly office reports. Manage human resources functions such as onboarding, training staff and team reviews. Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and organisational workflows Maintain effective communication channels within the organisation and with external clients or suppliers Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and health & safety standards Handle phone enquiries with professional etiquette and provide excellent customer service Organise office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors as needed Support senior management with special projects or administrative tasks as required The ability to act as a bridge between the team and the directors.

Qualifications



2-3+ years of office administration or office management. Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Knowledge of human resources practices including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Need to be able to solve problems effectively external and internally

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
