We are seeking a flexible, motivated, committed and enthusiastic individual to join the Office Team in our office on 9 Broad Street, Hereford, HR4 9AP, this role is Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm, with occasional on call cover.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day to day management of staff team, including interviewing & the planning of training.
- Plan & carry out reviews & appraisals.
- Ensuring all staff training records are maintained and up to date.
- To carry out staff and office audits and complete these in a timely manner
- Assist with invoicing & payroll.
- Management of Mentor Team and Pathways / PDPs for Staff
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
- Management of Social Media platforms
-Management of Staff Team and Finance Administrator
We are looking for an individual who would like to progress within their role and is excited for any new opportunities and ideas to the team and company.
What we are looking for in you:
- Someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and with a keen eye for detail
- To be polite and confident with telephone manner
- Be confident using different software systems & have basic IT skills
- Be able to keep tidy systems of work
