We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have experience in Accounts management, AP & AR management, HMRC liaising, human resources, team management, and clerical duties. This role is crucial for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent support to our team.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate office operations to support the timely, cost-effective delivery of aviation maintenance services.
Oversee daily administrative functions, ensuring compliance with aviation safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Liaise with engineers, suppliers, aviation authorities, and internal teams to align maintenance schedules and operational goals.
Manage office budgets, procurement processes, and inventory of tools, parts, and consumables.
Ensure adherence to CAA regulations and company protocols in documentation and reporting.
Promote sustainability by implementing paperless systems, energy-efficient practices, and waste reduction initiatives.
Address logistical and administrative issues promptly, mitigating risks and ensuring minimal disruption to maintenance operations.
Track performance metrics (KPIs), including turnaround times, compliance rates, and resource utilization; report to senior management.
Maintain accurate records, coordinate audits, and support the delivery

Preferred experiences and qualification:
About 3 years' experience in managerial position
Any training in leadership will be an additional advantage
Master's in Project Management or Accounting is preferable
