Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and has a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations, with a particular focus on processing general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and record keeping.
Handle enquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms with efficiency and professionalism
Support administrative tasks including timesheets, invoices, and event coordination.
Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to maintain strong relationships.
Act as a point of contact for staff queries and internal communications.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
