Salary and Hours
30,000 base plus performance bonus
9:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Some weekend shifts required
What You'll Do
Greet customers and guide them through flooring options
Manage stock rotation, ordering and inventory control
Oversee administration: invoices, scheduling, data entry
Provide expert customer service and handle after?sales support
Support seamless operation of back?office and showroom
To implement company policies and procedures safely and accurately
Support and manage staff
Who You Are
Experienced in flooring retail or showroom administration
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Great communicator with customer?first mindset
Flexible and willing to work weekends.
Experience in managing staff preferred but not essential
