Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Completion of data for T& A and payroll services
Preparation of invoices
Production and maintenance of staff, resident and financial spreadsheets
Managing stock levels of stationery, stamps and cleaning materials
Assist in obtaining best prices for items to be purchased, utilities and insurance
Managing money, including residents' funds and petty cash, recording receipts and balancing monthly
Dealing with correspondence and emails
Maintaining staff records of absence, lateness and sickness, reporting to Manager
Assisting Activities Organisers in production of printed materials and payments
Ensuring equipment is maintained, including service contracts and fault reporting
Producing necessary paperwork for new staff and residents, and fee letters as required
Attending events at the Home, including those outside office hours, providing floats, handling cash and banking
Ensuring compliance with CQC Regulations, Health and Safety and Data Protection legislation
Being pro-active in seeking and recommending time and money-saving improvements to procedures
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
