We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for team management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and effectively, providing support to both staff and management.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on clerical tasks.
Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to foster positive relationships.
Handle phone etiquette professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
Experience in supervising a team and managing personnel-related issues.
Familiarity with human resources practices is an advantage.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
