We're on the hunt for an

Office Manager

to join our client, a fast-growing, accredited security-training provider. You'll be the linchpin of operations, taking full ownership of administration, facilities, and process improvements as the business scales.

What You'll Do:



Champion Team Success:

Be the first point of contact for staff, learners, and partners, answer queries by email or phone with warmth and efficiency. Own the end-to-end onboarding of new starters and learners: paperwork, systems access, welcome kits, and orientation schedules.

Chief Calendar Keeper:

Manage complex diaries and course schedules, ensuring venues, trainers, and resources align perfectly. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and company events without a hitch.

Data & Systems Guardian:

Maintain pristine records across Google Workspace, CRM/LMS platforms, and internal trackers. Generate reports on attendance, compliance, and project milestones--and flag anything out of step.

Office Operations Lead:

Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and health & safety protocols to keep the workspace functional and safe. Vet and liaise with external vendors (caterers, stationery suppliers, venue partners).

Process Architect:

Identify inefficiencies in workflows and roll out tools, templates, or automations to level up the team. Drive continuous improvement projects, from documentation refreshes to onboarding playbooks.

People & Culture Ambassador:

Mentor administrative apprentices: review tasks, share best practices, and champion their growth. Organise team-building activities, town halls, and recognition moments to keep morale high.

Who You Are:



Seasoned & Ambitious:

At least 3 years in an administrative, operations, or junior office-management role, bonus if in training, education, or professional services.

Systems Savvy:

Expert in Google Workspace and Excel, with hands-on experience in CRM or LMS tools.

Detail Champion:

You spot typos, calendar clashes, and data gaps long before anyone else does.

Natural Leader:

Proactive problem-solver who delegates when needed and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Clear Communicator:

You write and speak with kindness and clarity, multilingual skills are a major plus.

Adaptable & Steady:

You thrive when plans shift and can balance urgent requests with longer-term projects.
