Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

As an Office Manager at MOO, you will play a key part in the smooth operation of our London office. You'll support MOO's objectives and contribute to broader departmental goals. This role involves managing a diverse range of tasks with a moderate level of complexity. We expect you to be a collaborative team member, actively participating in group efforts, bringing innovative ideas to the table, and continuously seeking ways to enhance our processes and environment. You'll analyze information to understand challenges fully, identifying and assessing various solutions to resolve problems effectively within your scope.
We are looking for a bright, friendly, and extremely organised Office Manager to join the team and be the face of MOO London! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's used to managing a busy office and enjoys running a variety of fun events and facilities management. We are looking for someone who is ruthlessly efficient, switched on and enthusiastic, with a brilliant set of office skills. You'll have tons of initiative, enjoy being proactive and be happy to work on your own at times
