We are looking for an experienced and confident Office Manager to join our growing team, ensuring that the company's day-to-day activities run smoothly. This role typically involves administrative oversight, facilities and equipment management, and team support. Role and Responsibilities:
Manage general office operations (supplies, facilities, maintenance)
Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams, including administration, HR, and support functions
Ensuring that the office space is well-maintained, functional, and organised.
Ensure the contracts, NDAs, invoices etc are in place with relevant vendors, suppliers, and customers
Create regular operational reports for the CEO, highlighting key insights and recommendation
Calendar management for the founder (especially for external meetings, investor calls, etc.)
Track expenses and receipts
Handle some light-touch communications: website updates, social media scheduling, event coordination, etc
