About Lunasa:




Lunasa is a London-based space-tech start-up building next-gen space systems and services to provide safe, sustainable, and affordable satellite operations for the in-space economy. The company has received multiple contracts from the UK Space Agency and the European Space Agency to build and deploy advanced satellite servicing technologies and is set to deploy its first space mission by 2026. Salary: 35,000 to 45,000




This role is held as hybrid mode of remote and in-person working




Job Summary:




We are looking for an experienced and confident Office Manager to join our growing team, ensuring that the company's day-to-day activities run smoothly. This role typically involves administrative oversight, facilities and equipment management, and team support. The specific responsibilities can vary depending on the phase of internal development and timing, but the core responsibilities are as follows.

Role and Responsibilities:




Manage general office operations (supplies, facilities, maintenance) Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams, including administration, HR, and support functions Ensuring that the office space is well-maintained, functional, and organised. Ensure the contracts, NDAs, invoices etc are in place with relevant vendors, suppliers, and customers Create regular operational reports for the CEO, highlighting key insights and recommendation Calendar management for the founder (especially for external meetings, investor calls, etc.) Track expenses and receipts Handle some light-touch communications: website updates, social media scheduling, event coordination, etc
