Kit Kemp Design Studio, the award-winning creative force behind Firmdale Hotels, is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.


This is an exciting opportunity to support Kit Kemp and the wider studio, working at the heart of a fast-paced, creative, and design-led environment.

About the Role:

As a key member of the studio, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This senior position requires excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle a varied workload with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Providing high-level administrative support to Kit Kemp and the studio team. Assisting with invoices, budget tracking, and finance administration. Coordinating studio correspondence, scheduling, and project documentation. Supporting the organisation of materials, samples, and design resources. Overseeing office supplies and ensuring seamless studio operations. Building strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners.

What you need:

Previous experience in a senior administrative role, ideally within a creative, design, or hospitality setting. Impeccable organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail. Confident working with invoices, budgets, and financial administration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A natural appreciation for design, creativity and the unique character of the Kit Kemp brand.
