We're looking for a driven Office Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and lead our administrative team with confidence and clarity. You'll be at the heart of our organisation--ensuring everything runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and staff and clients receive outstanding support.

Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of administrators and reception staff. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
Oversee all office functions, systems, and processes to maintain a productive and well-run workplace.
Manage calendars, organise meetings, plan events, and coordinate staff travel arrangements.
Process invoices, monitor expenses, support budget planning, and ensure accurate financial records.
Act as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and external partners. Handle escalated queries and draft professional communications.
Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with GDPR, health & safety, and organisational policies.
Manage office software and tools (e.g., CRM, scheduling platforms), and provide first-line support for basic IT needs.
Experience
Bachelor's degree
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and office management tools
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay calm under pressure
Experience in the education or service sector is a plus
